Fresh Salads

We believe that a great salad starts with great ingredients.  Our fresh mixed greens are the perfect foundation for a salad that will accompany a meal or stand alone as a meal itself.  A few of our most popular include:

Chef Salad

 Hand cut strips of turkey, ham, swiss cheese and aged cheddar cheese, over mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, egg and bacon crumbles.

Caesar Salad

Crisp hearts of romaine lettuce, croutons, cherry tomatoes and red onions tossed with a Caesar dressing and grated parmesan cheese.

S.D.H. Salad

Named after S. Durward Hoag, baby spinach leaves, bacon, egg, green olives, tomatoes and croutons served with your choice of dressing

Sandwiches and Wraps

We developed a sandwich and wrap menu to try to cover all tastes.  Hot from our kitchen our fresh made sandwiches and wraps are perfect anytime of the day.  The following is a sample of some of our local favorites.                           

Sternwheel Burger
An 8 oz ground beef patty grilled to temperature, served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a pickle.

Reuben

Shaved corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island gressing on grilled marble rye bread.

Crab Cake Crossiant

A delicious Maryland style crab cake broiled golden brown served on a toasted crossaint, served with lettuce, tomato, red onion and a mustard aoli.

Chicken & Blackbean Wrap

Spicy chicken strips and black beans with rice, pico de gallo and a cajun remoulade sauce rolled in a tomato basil wrap

Vegetable Wrap

Chopped lettuce, tomato, black olives, green onions, corn, sauteed red peppers, red onions and ranch dressing rolled up in a tomato and basil wrap.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Tender fried chicken strips topped with buffalo sauce with lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese, rolled up in a tomato basil wrap.

Lafayette Classic Entrees

An option for a larger mid-day meal is yours in either the Gunroom or our lounge.  These entrees, made with skill and care, will fill you up and fuel you through the rest of your day.  Few of our new selections include:

Baby Beef Liver

Two tender beef livers, floured, fried and topped with bacon.  Smothered with your choose of fried onion or grilled onion.  Served with mashed potatoes.

Broiled Crab Cakes

Two Maryland Style crab cakes broiled golden brown served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and broccoli florets and finished with a lemon aoli

Flat Iron Steak

A 7oz grilled flat iron steak served with steak fries and our house cabernet sauce
