Murder Mystery Weekend
October 31st & November 1st, 2008
Something was amiss throughout the sleepy little towns of Ohio ever since locals started turning up dead fifteen years ago. They were found as white as ghost with the look of complete horror on their faces and drained of hteir blood in a quite grizzley manner. It was as though the the victims were too scared to scream, that is the ones that could be identified. Many theories were presented as to who the killer(2) were, but still this carnage went on unsolved for a decade and a half, even with the help of the F.B.I. the case could not be cracked. River City Ohio Blues Competition Weekend
February 20 & 21, 2009
The Blues, Jazz & Folk Music Society of Marietta, Ohio will hold its 17th Annual “River City Ohio Blues Competition” on February 20th and 21st, 2009 at The Lafayette Hotel in historic downtown Marietta. For the 17th year, Blues bands and solo/duo blues acts will compete for cash prizes and BJFMS sponsorship to The Blues Foundation’s International Blues Challenge (IBC) held evey year in Memphis, Tennessee.

Every Saturday October 18th through April
Every Saturday night come enjoy a comedy break at the Lafayette Hotel. Show starts at 9pm and tickets are $10. Call in advance to see who is performing. Ticket purchase in advance is required.
